How We Got Started
In 2002, Craig Bullock started selling telecommunications services under contract for Bellsouth (now AT&T). He moved from that campaign to working for Expetel. Expetel soon became XFone and XFone soon became NTS Communications. He was at this position for 7 years. The next move was to Comcast Business where he sold telephone, Internet, hosted PBX, hospitality free to guest and PRI services. After almost 4 years at this position he grew tired of selling products that were not always the best fit for his customers. He decided that it was time to break out on his own and started BB Telco. BB Telco started strictly as a telecommunications & Internet brokerage. This specialty is still BB Telco's bread and butter, however the company has evolved into a full technology solution brokerage.

Since Donald Trump became president, my business has been booming. Tax cuts allow me to invest more money in my business. The money I have invested back into my business has gone towards hiring new employees. This has doubled our production over a very short period of time. As a result of the tax cuts I have made more money which in turn causes me to pay more in taxes than I would have because I am making more money. Anyhow that is my experience!

In my business the customer is often not right. I often see people make decisions on buying telephone and Internet based on what they are comfortable with. Here is an example. I sell Internet services for all large companies who provide it. I had a small business owner who was moving to a new location. His options were a very slow DSL from AT&T and a Comcast Business Internet connection which could go up to a Gig of download if needed. The AT&T connection was simply not sufficient to support his business needs. He asked me to sell him the AT&T option because he hated Comcast. Many people do but when it is the best option for your situation and your business you should pick from the best of your options. I refused to place the AT&T order because I didn’t want him to call me and complain when it didn’t work. The customer called me later by the way after he ordered the AT&T connection himself and finally purchased the Comcast connection from me.This is a clear situation where the customer was WRONG in their initial interpretation of his needs.
I have my calls screened because I have endless calls from salespeople, vendors who want me to sell their products, etc... If I took every call at my business I would have no time to do anything else but field phone calls. The phone doesn't make me money unless the customer is buying something.

My business is based on finders fees. My business is a bit different than a lot though. Finders fees are based on what I make over a 12 month period because my business is residual based and there isn't as lot of money on the front end. I have been very successful paying finders fees to get...
