I coach women, both young professionals or entrepreneurs, and midlifers who are retiring or empty nesting. These transitions can often cause anxiety, uncertainty, loss of identity, and difficulty moving forward in life with joy.
I have survived and thrived through it all, while running my own business for 30 years, and now guide women at both ends of this age spectrum achieve their best next joyful life.
