Definitely lunch time! It's a break from starting the day and everyone needs lunch! Having mornings free get you the chance to take care of any immediate issues you need to; also the traffic has lightened up from the morning. Evenings are hard; a lot of women love to hit the gym or cook dinner or have sports for the kids. Lunchtime is a great time because, you are likely to have more patience when you're belly isn't empty. That is a fact. I guess that is why some meetings are called lunch and learn. :-)
