It all began with my own personal journey in 2015 to reclaim my health when I was trying to do it all with a FT job while in graduate school at age 56!

I made a decision that I had statistically about 30 more summers in my life and I didn't like the way I looked or felt! My health was a hot mess! To say

I say I was able to get my life back is a true understatement! Yes, it took lifestyle changes, too which I have implemented into my coaching! Isagenix fills in the nutritional gaps even for the cleanest of eaters.

My husband and I have plans for many great years ahead of us! Without our health they will never happen! We are on a mission to show people how they can take control of their life and health no matter their age!
