When you’re constantly stressed about money, it impacts far more than your bank account. It affects your marriage, your peace of mind, your confidence, and your ability to dream about the future.
What if there was a practical process to:
➡️ Find the leaks in your budget
➡️ Build consistent financial habits
➡️ Communicate better about money
➡️ Feel emotionally stable regardless of what’s happening in the economy or your checking account
Through my *Stressed to Blessed* coaching, I help couples plug money leaks, reduce stress, and create a future filled with more hope, options, and generosity.
Because lasting transformation isn’t just about strategy.
It’s about mindset, habits, and alignment.
I know what it feels like to be stuck. I also know that awareness creates the opportunity for change.
And here’s one thing I firmly believe:
Real growth starts when you’re willing to see what’s actually going on beneath the surface—and take action on it.
When you do that, you don’t just improve your finances… you improve your life.
I’ve been debt free not once… not twice… but **6 times.**
And now, I help others break and *stay* out of the consumer debt cycle.
Here’s what that journey looked like:
2008 — Paid off $15K in student loans (10 months)
2012 — Paid off my first vehicle (3 years early)
2013 — Eliminated credit cards + repaid borrowed life insurance funds
2014 — Paid off wedding rings
2015 — Paid off financed furniture (12 months, 0% interest)
2018 — Paid off my second vehicle in 22 months
That last one was the turning point. I remember thinking:
**“Never again.”**
Because once you experience financial freedom, you realize how heavy debt really is.
Ending the consumer debt cycle was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
But here’s something I didn’t understand at the time…
It wasn’t just discipline that changed my life.
It was perspective.
I only began to see the power of coaching when I experienced it myself. Someone helped me think differently about my money, my habits, and my decisions.
