The Blue River Bistro was started in 2001 with the intention of bringing a touch of city to a sleepy mountain town. Since, Breckenridge and the Blue River Bistro has grown up and the restaurant is a local icon and favorite serving the best in seasonal cuisine with a Mediterranean focus. Mixologist Ryan Guilbert has a rotating selection of fun and daring cocktails that are sure to please. We look forward to having you as our guest.
