You will always have those "special clients" that expect Lawn Maintenance to mirror the performance of the U.S.Postal Service and then of course there are new clients that really do not know what to expect in terms of service given factors that "A",they have never had commercial lawn care or "B",expect the same work that failed them from the previous Lawn Maintenance Company.In all of these situations good communication and customer service will always prevail. Make a rain out call list of the usual suspected complainers and new clients.Know your weather status and give them a heads up call. In either case the client will be pleased and impressed with your professionalism. In a worse case scenario the weather misses you which is always plus and you keep your route logistically sound and the client will be happier to see you. By implementing this tactic my rain out list has already diminished considerably.
