Aligning yourself with a family of people your comfortable working with is the way to go! If it’s a big brand or small is not the issue. It comes down to enjoying going to work. If you enjoy it, you will utamitaly do better no matter what you do!

Never burn a bridge! If someone asks for a recommendation, take that opportunity to ask for recomendations too. If you can’t give the recommendation out right away, it’s ok save it in your phone. No one meets by accident, you might need that person down the line. Be kind and it will come back to...

It is so easy to get information about homes online now a days that retention for some agents is very tough. I am ginuin and I really do want my clients to get the best deal and to be cool nfortable knowing I’m here for them for what ever they need. Questions I love them and I let that be clear....

I also turn a high percentage of my clients into family, I want to know how they are long after a transaction. I want to make sure I’m here for them no matter what. I guess what I’m saying is relationship! It’s most important.

A short sale is a home that has a mortgage greater than the value of the home. When you sell the home the difference between the value or how much you receive, will be less than the amount to pay the bank what you owe, there for that difference, the amount that is SHORT, what is needed to pay the bank back, is how it got its name SHORT SALE.
In most cases the banks are forgiving, and allow you to do a short sale because it is an easier process for them than Foreclosure.

For our holiday party with the office this year we had a wonderful prime rib dinner at a beautiful home in Trilogy. Wehonored our guests with jackets with “Weichert Realtors HH and Associates" logos And Coupons for increases in there commissions at certain times if the year. We had drinks and played games. It was a very nice evening
