We sell medical equipment and supplies through several online stores. Our primary focus is the surgery area but we cover 200,000+ products so our work often encompasses most of the supplies used by a clinic, surgery center or hospital. The scope of our products and supplies is very broad. We refer people who need clinical or application details to the various companies because they alone have the latest information in the proper use of their products.

My business is online so limited impact. Overall I think the vaccinations are only going to have a limited impact if any. If we can get to the truth about the illness and the vaccinations I know we would be better off but that is a challenge. Talk to a dozen experts and you walk away with a dozen different opinions. Considering the different States many with very different approaches is anyone paying attention to what works or does not? No we keep moving down the same path regardless of the outcomes. As long as politicians see a benefit to keeping this going it will remain. This approach is not based in results or the good of the people.
It is difficult to stay up with business trends and needs plus the political spectrum so thank you.

I am not aware of any measures that stop the spread aside from absolute isolation which creates worst problems than the virus itself. I think there are common sense merits to keeping your hands clean, wearing a mask and not going into large crowds of strangers and unknown people. But aside from the mask you should have been cautious of all this before. People are dying from this virus but also from heart attacks, car accidents and host of other problems. While we are discovering more cases due to more testing the treatments are more effective and the actual death rate is falling in line with the normal influenza statistics. The facts just do not support the measures being implemented. The real problem is that we can not have an open debate where professionals from all sides get to speak. I would urge people to obey the law but also to put pressure on their representatives to put the needs of the people above their agenda. This is my personal opinion.

I think Congress should approve a package because where we are is, in part due, to their decisions. There is the good of the nation and there are agendas which do you think is more important today?

Simple discounts no longer do what they once did because they are now common place. For good word of mouth promotion it must be something offered or explained in an emotional way. Good service brings it's own rewards but it can take time. ...

Simple discounts no longer do what they once did because they are now common place. For good word of mouth promotion it must be something offered or explained in an emotional way. Good service brings it's own rewards but it can take time. Emotional appeals can bring sudden exposure to something good that lies hidden. It must become emotionally charged to be passed on. In our society fewer and fewer people are compelled to think so your promotion will work best if you explain the benefits. Simple example "Now you can finally have your dream vacation!". Or "Now get the #1 cleaner for less than other brands". Or "Your house will smell and look like new!". Or "Be Pain Free!". You sell the emotion people feel when something really good happens to them. You get the idea. Last, it may be difficult to do this because not everything is exciting especially if you are going for a large number of people.

Retail sales are still strong in many areas even though we have a huge number of people not working. This is directly the result of these payments so anything that effects the payments will show up in sales. It would be better if these things were seamless but we live in highly charged political times so agendas often have a priority over the good of the people.

It is simple. I sell medical equipment and supplies. The existing supply chain has been all but destroyed by a sudden overwhelming demand from all levels of our society. Imagine suddenly the demand for your products or services overnight jumps 50 to 100 times what it was the previous week. It happened. How would you respond? Could you respond and satisfy all those customers? Could your suppliers in a few days supply you with a hundred times your normal supplies? Do you have the staff to do this and satisfy your customers? Who do you know that walked around with a mask on last year? Or kept bottles of sanitizer on their desk? Very large buyers from the government to the large hospital groups have captured large amounts of these supplies. The normal supply chain supplying smaller or independent doctors, surgery centers and clinics suddenly could not get anything. Factories went to shipping 10-20% of their purchase orders. Now new suppliers are entering the picture but it takes money, time and staff resources get set and started not to mention the cost of inventory. Additional funds give you the resources to apply to your greatest needs such as staff, rent or to open these new supply lines. It gives you the flexibility to survive.
