"As a roaster, I get compliments in my shop almost daily about how wonderful the coffee is. In addition, I have customers who order online in the winter so they can enjoy it in their state, even though there are many options everywhere for coffee. They just love Coffee Hound!
As a Rancilio repairman, I can't say enough about the service. He comes anytime I have an urgent need (quickly!) as well as annually to ensure my machine will continue to function properly and keep me in business. He is more than fair in his pricing - Chris takes great care of me and my business. "
