I started in this business at the age of 17. I was licensed in 1995 and certified in 2008. I have performed all aspects of this job and many people couldn't believe how much experience I had by the age of 25. I was fortunate to have a fantastic mentor who not only taught me everything I know, but allowed me to have an opinion, which led to many good discussions. I learned by doing, mostly. I learned by making mistakes and learning hard lessons. I have yet to meet someone with similar job experience. I worked under my mentor for over 34 years. With his passing, I hope to continue his legacy.
