About Us

Heather Ann Ferri is a trauma‑informed speaker, educator, and communication specialist who helps leaders and teams transform stress, emotional triggers, and communication breakdowns into clarity and confidence. After a decade as a Broadway‑trained performer, Heather transitioned into an 18‑year trauma practice where she guided clients through deep emotional and ancestral healing.

Her work combines neuroscience, somatic healing, vocal training, and water‑based education to help professionals regulate their nervous system, communicate effectively, and lead without the wounded child running the meeting. Heather has taught doctors, supported families, worked with executives, and helped organizations improve culture through trauma‑informed communication.

We serve HR departments, event planners, companies, nonprofits, and wellness coordinators seeking practical tools, engaging talks, and transformational programs that elevate communication, creativity, and emotional resilience.

How We Got Started

I created Heather Ferri Productions, LLC in 2008. This opened the door for me to be an author and be hired into schools, senior homes, and businesses to solve mental health issues. Or develop programs that advanced employees' mind, body, and spirit.

God led me to master 8 sciences that assisted in reversing a red blood cell genetic disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and severe chronic pain. During those years of full-time private practice, 60% of my clients were doctors, therapists, social workers, construction leaders, and the list goes on....I started to see patterns of what was not being offered in both western adn holisic emdicine, and I became known as the root healer.

Some writers avoid thesauruses because they worry the language will feel forced or inauthentic. But for me, expanding my vocabulary is part of expanding my consciousness. When I explore new words, I’m not trying to sound fancy — I’m trying to find the exact vibration that aligns with the audience I’m writing to reach. Sometimes the right word isn’t the first one that comes to mind. Sometimes it’s the one hiding in the thesaurus that unlocks a deeper meaning. So yes… I use one. Not to impress, but to express.

(more) I know the history of Marijuana and the extensive articles from doctors and psychiatrists wrote twenty years ago on the brain damage causing specific personality disorders.  My teacher, Yogi Bhajan, wrote in our Kundalini Yoga teacher manual why he was against Marijuana and blames it for destroying India.   Yes, I know Marijuana is different from CBD oil...keep reading. Over a decade of private practice with healing trauma I watched client after client come in with such poor brain health. I am an advocate of Electrolyzed Reduced Water, trademark name Kangen, as the body is 72% water and the brain is roughly 80% water.  I find this allows people to release trauma from connective tissue and bone to have a whole healing. So with having medical doctors on my water team CBD oil has come up since it seems to be the next big item in the wellness world.   So I bought some for when I had a physical injury I would use it and than have an experience to be able to join the club. Unfortunately, when I did use it I found I had a headache ( which I never experience ) and that I felt almost a drought like feeling in the frontal cortex of the brain, and I had negative thoughts. I was bummed. Because I know this is a big money industry that is growing.  But I can't sell or be an advocate of something that did not work for me.  Since than I had several CBD oil clients come to me with personal issues and found the oil did not help them release trauma or be an active participant in why something was in pain ( emotional patterns) and therefore, still experiencing same life patterns.. I think it is like many things in wellness a bandaid, something to get you to the next day, and trust me if you read my book from victim to victory I spent twenty years with band aid products.  I just wish people would grasp that "pain" is a signal telling the soul that something is off...that I could have easily been diagnosed with MS but the shaking I allowed my body to do with a healer- was releasing trauma- and that my severe PTSD was able to have a full healing- but I had to work my butt off doing Kundalini Brain Protocol 2 hours a day to rewire and drink kangen to flush....but I am fully healed...life is amazing.. So I wrote this to inspire you to ask why is the oil becoming so popular and will it serve us in the bigger picture twenty years from now? From someone who suffered off the charts chronic pain for 3 years and could barely walk...feel the pain...and work with a healer...and become FREE, vibrant, and your own healer... Empowerment with healing tools...not an oil you will have to buy the rest of your life like a pill? And trust me 99.9% of the population will disagree with me.  But they didn't heal severe brain damage from being choked repeatedly as a child!   I did!    Many Blessings !

It saved a company so much money long term while offering their employees medical grade water that gives them a bounce back to their step.

(more) We live in a media and educational system that feeds people that talking and pills are how you treat mental health   For example, my niece was taking a introductory psychology class in highschool   All she learned was what pills would be prescribed to what mental issues. I found that very disturbing considering I am a trauma expert with no medical degree  The people who hire me either come from a referral or have read my book.  God and Jesus taught me how to heal the brain.  I had severe brain damage and PTSD and I utilized 2 sciences that really no one knows about for a full healing.  But I worked really hard everyday rewiring my brain.  People are conditioned to think the band aid is ok.  I didn't want an ok life. I wanted my best life.   And people are not trained to understand it takes work to fix mental health problems  When I look at the stats in the United States for increase in mental health issues.   When will people realize insurances don't cover what works.  Greed runs our health programs.   I had many doctors as clients and some are on my team now.  All the trauma psychiatrists who came to me knew really nothing about how to heal trauma.  Pills. Pills. Talk the story. Not what I did to heal.  I think the paradigm shift is happening though and the more people write books and share their stories of healing that will shift the collective conscious thinking.  You asked a question that clearly gets me going. Cancer is another big business in this country.  It's sad that people think a 2.7 success rate in treatments is a good stat compared to getting a water ionizer for clean water, changing the diet, doing meditation and resolving deep traumas that cause the body to be acidic. I'm not that smart but I spent 7 years training and learning from doctors around the world that cure disease   Get out of matrix thinking and the divine is endless potential of healing and wealth.  No one paid for my out of pocket training or healing services in the last decade.  You have to have self love to trust God and take the road outside of what the system tells us. I am fully healed    Just my thoughts

Plants, structured water, herbs, kundalini yoga ( not the yoga fads) and many other ancient sciences stand from the beginning of time.  And in these times the people are waking up, taking ownership of their temples ( body) and minds knowing we are all born with the innate healing abilities that get repressed early on with conformed consumer ads and media telling us the answer is outside ourselves ( even sometimes in the pill ) when all healing begins within.  The fact that American hospitals give their patients toxic water, sugar drinks, and processed foods how can one take that environment seriously?  I have and work with many doctors who have left the system, so understand I have a respect for those who bridge both worlds for a healing result not a profit margin.

(more) one of my yoga students six years ago brought me Kangen water which is electrolyzed  reduced water to drink and it changed my health and career.  I bought the Japanese medical device mostly from the experience I had drinking the water but I also did two months of clinical research on the product.  Six years later I detoxed cancer, trauma from childhood abuse, and my genetic red blood cell disorder has improved greatly.  But I may write a book on all the clients who have incredible health stories from what we call the magic water.  Which is known as miracle water in Japan. I now have some great western doctors who left the system on my team and they are documenting the results of healing from the usage of having a water that the structure allows immediate absorption. So supplements, organic food, and yes medicine is absorbed properly. We take water for granted in thinking it's all created equally but when you read the book the 4th phases of water you discover that some water sources still have healing proprieties.  And Japanese scientists studied those areas of the world and facilitated machines to do the same.  Kangen water has been in Japanese hospitals for 42years.  And having drank every type of water possible I think they nailed duplicating nature. If I Sold you into learning more about this medical device great. Why. Kangen water saved my life.

I have taught stress and vitality courses in corporate America so first breath meditations.  Every emotion has its own breath pattern so there are three or four that start to bring more oxygen to the brain and calm the nervous system down. Second is drinking Kangen water or electrolyzed reduced water in scientific terms. If the brain is upset it is acidic, our brains are actually suppose to be slightly alkaline.the brain is roughly 80 percent water depending on your aging process.  So drinking a medical grade water  is a game changer.   Third, step away from the stressful person or environment for a moment and doing some basic exercises to change the signals can get a person grounded again. Last, write down the stress or problem to help separate from it. These are what I have found helps people with anxiety.

At least, from what I have observed within the Pittsburgh tri-state area.  And now with youtube, so many people do exercise online and are completely unaware that they are performing many of the exercises with bad form.  I was a professional dancer with many other credentials so what I think may not be the norm.  I desire a trainer who understands after one session what my weaknesses are and can present to me how they feel their workout plan can show results. I would like to see more quality in the classes. Having an instructor do a class means they are not looking at the student's form who are participating. Whenever I get asked to sub for Pilates or Yoga I am shocked at how little people are corrected or understand the methods they are taking. I think private gyms tend to have more quality than commercial gyms. Good questions!

I measure results with clients by improvement in blood work, reduction of tumors, sleeping full nights,no more panic attacks, and with the help of their doctors reduction in medication.  There are many markers to the work I do with clients health and mental well being, and I do believe measuring results is important in building a reputation in why people would benefit from paying out of pocket for wellness services.
