I get burned out from dealing with employees not doing what I tell them to do. Customers screaming at me the same reason. Owning the company means 24/7. And that can get old. I take my wife and we go away for a few days to recharge. Vegas, camping doesn’t really matter. Just away. Been in business for 17 years. It works

Thanks for your comment/feedback. That's pretty much the same that's going on here. I've been through several employees this year, already. The customers are getting ridiculous it seems. I took a week off last month. It was very nice, much needed, but needed to be longer! Haha!
