I have a private studio where I train both individuals and groups. Teaching correct posture while increasing strength and flexibility when exercising is my #1 priority.

How We Got Started

I was asked by two chiropractors if I would be interested in renting a portion of their space so they could refer patients to me with low back/neck issues to help correct their muscular imbalances and improve their flexibility and strength so low back/neck pain will be avoided in the future.
