We've gotten emails from them as well but have not used them at all. I recommend searching the company reviews at the BBB (Better Business Bureau). They've been providing their services for over 100 years...That's the gold standard if you ask me.

We use some of everything! The free social media has it's place but we're printers...we love printed material! So...I took my daughter (who was 27 at the time) furniture shopping...my Millennial had to touch everything! When I called her out on it, she hadn't even noticed. I feel like Millennials...

So...I took my daughter (who was 27 at the time) furniture shopping...my Millennial had to touch everything! When I called her out on it, she hadn't even noticed. I feel like Millennials are sensory-deprived living off their hand-held electronic devices. That's one of the main reasons I love print directed to that generation. All the great feels of paper and the different effects you can create with today's software and printing equipment is bringing "craft" and "art" back to printing. I LOVE PRINTED MARKETING!

Even though our business isn't retail, Small Business Saturday is very important to us. We own a small town advertiser and we need to have successful businesses around us, or we can't be successful either. Small Town Saturday is very important to our retail advertisers. It's so easy to run to "town" or to "the city" as my parents used to say. We have to make sure the people around us know that it's even easier to shop at your neighbors.

I had a customer who asked us to price match with a different printer that was giving them lower pricing. I said no, I couldn't do that. We have terrific long-term employees that do a great job everyday. As an employer I felt that wouldn't be fair to them or...

We have terrific long-term employees that do a great job everyday. As an employer I felt that wouldn't be fair to them or the reputation they've earned for us. That customer is still our customer.
Some people view biz cards as a throwaway...I think they are a great way to make a great impression. Think about what your card says about you or your brand. Are your cards throwaways? Mine leave an impression. I've had people keep my card out on their desk...and others have told me that they...

Mine leave an impression. I've had people keep my card out on their desk...and others have told me that they couldn't remember my name but they could remember what my card looked like to find mine in their stash. It's just one more of those eight to ten "touches" you need to make with people.
We certainly don't use our fax machine as much as we used to, but we still have walk-in customers who we fax documents for. It's a customer service we and the public library still provide. Also our larger customers will use the fax machine as a back-up or duplicate to the emailed purchase orders...

Someday maybe, but we're not ready to give ours up.
We were contacted a few years ago about obtaining permission to reprint a book that my great uncle had written. However, we were not able to give them permission because he had willed the copy rights to his assistant. They still had to track that person's family down but we were able to direct...
