Baugnet Design Studio has been providing Home Design services since 2005. Previous experience involves over 11 years with a Design-Build contractor, 2 years with an Architectural firm, 3 years of landscape work, and 1 year of Construction. We have the ability to envision a projects 'real' budget range prior to the Design stage giving the homeowner a clearer picture of where the costs would lead them before they spend any money on Design Work.
Designing home additions onto architecturally elegant homes and re-designing old tired homes into masterpieces has been an everyday occurrence from the beginning. It continues to this day.
Eleven years with a Design-Build firm allowed me to get into the business end of the Construction industry. This created a greater sense of where the estimates, bids, and overhead costs led to the actual expenses of all of the projects and how each project fared in the end compared to the Contract price.

For many years we reviewed Designs from other Architects and Designers but was never able to build the projects because a budget was never discussed prior to the Design stage or the budget was way off reality for the homeowners.
Baugnet Design Studio was created to help homeowners and contractors with the Design process. Each and every project takes the approach that all involved want to see it through to the end so we begin with the talk of budget FIRST. We can Design whatever the project seeks but in the end we all want to see the project built.
