Got Goals LLC was born from a personal and professional turning point. After 20 years of civil service to New York City Schools, I lost my government position due to workforce reductions. That experience forced me to confront the limits of traditional employment and the urgent need for systems that empower, not exclude.
Through therapy and reflection, I uncovered patterns of burnout and silencing—both in myself and in the communities I served. I realized how many talented, historically excluded entrepreneurs lacked access to the networks and insider knowledge needed to thrive in government contracting. That became my “why.”
In 2023, Got Goals LLC evolved into a consultancy focused on helping underestimated founders become revenue-ready. I now use my 30+ years of experience across education, nonprofits, and public agencies to break down procurement barriers and equip diverse leaders with strategy, clarity, and confidence.
