Located in Milwaukee Wisconsin we are owner operated and managed. With our close ties to the community at large, we are charitable and socially conscious. All production from embroidery design to the finished product is done onsite. All materials are manufactured in the U.S.A.

How We Got Started
Having been in the machine embroidery and apparel decorating business since 2008, my business partner and I wanted to narrow our niche market by offering individual embroidery services for small orders. In 2017 while embroidering a monogram design on a pair of canvas shoes we realized that the shoelaces looked sort of plain. We decided to place embroidery fonts on the bridge area of the shoelaces. The client loved it and that was the beginning of Embrace Shoelace Designs and Embroidery Service.

As with most businesses these days it has been a difficult time for all of us. My business is custom embroidery so to some it's a luxury not a necessity like food. The holidays have helped us this year but going forward we hope the situation will turn around for all of us.

Pinterest works best for us. It's basically a visual SEO system. Our business which is decorated apparel needs visualization to sell. One site I would stay clear of is ETSY. It works for some but I am not comfortable with their platform since many designers and crafting folks had their ideas...

The FCC had to get involved. It may be better now.

We have been in the decorating apparel business for quite a few years (12 yrs). So we have been through it. After learning from our mistakes our policy of when a quote is accepted and approved by the client, 100% of the cost is paid up front before my embroidery machine will even start up on your order. As others have said I do not promise the moon and stars. I give them a realistic time table and yes I do add 48 hours to that date just in case, this does not include our online store which sells our pre-decorated shoelaces . Any mishaps on our part will be address with the customer quickly. I have had clients who where not the happiest people to deal with but we do our best to make sure their experience with us is a great one.
We do our best to make sure our customers know that their interest are important, not to just hear what they are saying but really listening to them. My favorite comment was when a customers said "You really understood my vision and the concept I was looking for".
