How We Got Started

Coming to America in 1988 was a culturally changing event for me. Moving out of the Mortgage Banking industry after 20 years was life-changing for me. I witnessed these same challenges with people in every walk of life as they navigated the changes in their lives, both with personal and professional situations.

I have seen many people become disassociated from themselves, so I have created a service that would guide people to what they naturally gravitate to and build a supportive community around them.

27 years with Miriam, my wife, I have learned many aspects of myself and how to enjoy one another. Our ability to adapt, evolve and guide our perspective on life and seek to use more of our latent skills, I bring an eclectic perspective to managing life's changes successfully.

I posted this response to the question asked, "what are you going to do after the pandemic?" https://www.alignable.com/brow... Well, you have to survive the pandemic first.  I will be presenting to small business owners on January 20 2021 from 12:00 Noon thru 1:00 PM for the SBA affiliate group SCORE.  http://events.r20.constantcont... The topic, how to negotiate with your business partners, vendors and suppliers. This skill alone supported by market data is critical in building honest business relationships based on objective market trends and timely economic statistics that will allow for an intelligent conversation for all business interests and concerns to be addressed intelligently and mutually.

Your clients are still seeking this emotion, these feelings. As a segway for you, explain the emotional need they come for from your physical massaging, now with the absence of such, your 'other', complimentary services are what needs to be applied during this enforced separation to continue and sustain the support they received from you thru massaging. Speak to their emotional wants and your ability to provide that thru your alternative medium.

The virus is adapting to new hosts and a timely account of how this may impact you is critical. Secondly, look around the world, and I do mean the world and see how other businesses like yours, in scales, services, geography, transportation capability, the past number of employees, service area, medium of delivering your goods, services, and or benefits can be adapted. Think beyond your comfort level as you are already feeling the pain from the situation you are in now. There are many small significant ways you can partner, create affiliations, deliver with former competitors, align with complementary service providers, scale rates to provide your goods and services,...the list goes on. Thirdly, speak with your employees, and through a series of varying salary rates bring them back so you keep your business open. Create trust with your employees that will develop significant customer services that in turn will keep your doors open. Fourth, reach out to every Federal, State, County, and local organization. Create a spreadsheet of what they do, offer, provide. How they can help your kind of business and submit your needs to them. Template it as in an Executive Summary and get it out there. I personally have three to four meetings per week with such agencies that are linking me to possible resources. By the by, send them a card of Thanks. Fifth, Look at your business life cycle. From the first stage of dredging the material from the earth to make the product you sell or the service you provide, look at the life cycle and see how you can create opportunities for your piece of the puzzle that you serve. Stop looking at your widget, your cup of tea as an isolated part of what you need. How can you identify new aspects of your services that can create opportunities? Other options found based on your business and the resolve you exhibit to keep your business, your independence alive for the future of your family. Managing Change thru Effective Communications

As a life coach and business consultant, I established a HIPAA compliant site to evidence my commitment to the highest level of security and services for visitors and clients alike. It is the experience that the visitor and client reports that are critical. I am always reviewing my site from the perspective of the visitor and client. Use industry best practices, both for your industry specifically and the platform you are using. Reach for Amazon level engagement and customized automation. This takes time, investment of capital, and A/B testing of what is implemented to monitor and validates the client experience.

The story of two women who created a global assessment tool that is still in use today and even more so in demand as an assessment tool for both personal and professional development. See:  http://becomewhoyouare.net/MBT... Additionally, the women in my life most significant was my mother who owned four multi-family homes in London in 1959 and beyond is proof certain that when a woman focuses on what they want, they get it. Look into history and you will see that women have always found a way. If you seek the help of your nemeses you will get an appropriate response. Do not ask for, take, do not request, make, do not expect, create your own path.  As an immigrant business owner in the US, one aspect of life is consistent, surround yourself with people that are creating, developing and producing their meaning of life and work towards what you want, PERIOD!  Does anyone recall the song with the words..."Mummy told me not to come"
