My business is somewhat unusual.   I have a friend who also has a practice. Several years ago, we each analyzed our client data.   What we discovered was that, on average, we lost 30% of the previous year, although we still grew.   So, people leave you for various reasons: death, move, loss of job, and even because they do not need your service anymore.   Likely, the loss of paying customers has nothing to do with your company.
