We are organized to promote spinning, weaving and other textile crafts and fiber artists in the Brazos Valley. We have on display in our gallery/boutique pieces of textile and fiber arts by local artisans. We sell these extraordinary pieces and our artists also teach classes and lead workshops in a wide range of fiber and textile techniques. Several members of the Brazos Spinners & Weavers Guild came together with the desire to take our talents to the next level. Each of us are weavers, many are spinners and all of us are textile/fiber artists. We produce unique and beautiful textiles, shawls, scarves, fiber jewelry, and art pieces. We started a shop managed and operated by each of the artists on a rotating voluntary basis. We also made sure that at least one of us is always working on our Craft so that our customers can interact with a working fiber artist.
