Yes, I believe they will but there may be less depending on demographics and the weather. In the winter, most people like to stay indoors and venture out in large numbers as soon as temperatures get warmer. And, what do they like to do? Go shopping  even it's just window shopping.. You may see more of a grouping of restaurants, grocery and retail stores where you can walk from the "inside" of one into the other instead of going from door to door like in a mall or shopping center. That way, they can anchor each other to create the customer's experience using the five senses.
