A Message from Darren Swetz – The Swetz Law Firm
I had my own legal practice on Main Street in Williamsville, NY for several years. Approximately 10 years ago, I joined a national law firm and became an equity partner in its Williamsville office. I truly enjoyed my time with that Firm and it was a great experience working alongside some of the best attorneys and legal support staff that I have ever worked with.

A few months ago, I made the difficult decision to leave the Firm and open my own practice once again. My entire staff, including attorneys and paralegals, chose to make the move with me.

As of March 4, 2024, The Swetz Law Firm is back. We are located at 8203 Main Street, Suite 3, Williamsville, NY. We practice in the following areas:

1. Real Estate including but not limited to Purchase, Sale and Bank
representation;
2. Wills, Trusts & Estates;
3. Trust Administration and Probate;
4. Business Formation & Planning;
