When you're business depends on inbound calls as a lifeline, it's so frustrating that our elected officials don't do enough about it. Just like everyone else we receive atleast 10 spam calls a day. From business loans to warrants, to ranking on the first page of Google! In the moving industry we're a consumer is looking to get a simple quote over the phone, it's imperative to awnser within 3 rings. If not,on too the next company. If you don't awnser, you lose money. If it's a spam call ,you get frustrated. Robo calls are becoming smarter and more frequently. They use local extensions as well as different phone numbers for the same recording. The more SMB owner's that contact their local officials, the better chances we have of them doing something about it!
