I’m Christina Day, a Registered Nurse and Certified Health & Mindset Coach specializing in helping midlife women navigate perimenopause with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
I provide evidence-informed, holistic support that bridges the gap between modern medicine and whole-person wellness. My coaching is rooted in science, self-leadership, and nervous system regulation, focusing on what’s actually happening in your body, and what you need to feel like yourself again.

After years in healthcare and my own personal journey through burnout, divorce, and hormonal chaos, I saw a frustrating and familiar pattern: women were being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or handed quick fixes that didn’t address the root of their struggles.
There was a massive gap between what women were feeling and what they were being told, and frankly, that wasn’t good enough for me.
So I began my own deep dive into functional wellness, mindset work, nervous system support, and hormone health. I combined that with my nursing background to create a more complete, compassionate, and sustainable way to support women through midlife.
Now, I help other women do what I wish someone had helped me do:
feel empowered, informed, and supported through perimenopause and beyond.
