I am grateful to be able to work from home. I am grateful my job is deemed an essential service. I am grateful to have had more time to reach out to friends and family through various communication platforms and hear how they are managing through the pandemic. I am grateful that my clients and I have all remained healthy through the numerous Real Estate transactions I have been able to facilitate this year. I am grateful our economy is able to remain open and that most people are showing a great amount of compassion and understanding during a very challenging time. I am grateful to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I am grateful that I can still go fishing and hiking, as long as I respect Covid protocols. I find most of my Buyers are purchasing what they can afford or qualify for. They are definitely getting more for their money
The lowest interest rates in our lifetime have increased some Buyers purchasing power considerably. The same mortgage last year would have cost about 30% more than a home...

I want any Home Inspector to be certified by the Home Inspectors Association of BC. In many cases, I have met home inspectors during the sale of one of my listings, who are trained, courteous, professional and I have actually been able to watch do their job.

I want any Home Inspector to be certified by the Home Inspectors Association of BC. In many cases, I have met home inspectors during the sale of one of my listings, who are trained, courteous, professional and I have actually been able to watch do their job.
I write “subject to home inspection” into most of my contracts, and clients nearly always do them, as the report gives the client an owners manual for there new home and, in some cases prevents the buyer from purchasing a home they shouldn’t have.
