Seton Villa is a Retirement residence and a home to Supportive housing and Assisted living residents. Our Mission is to provide affordable housing, with support services, to enable seniors to live in their home as long as possible. The residents continue to enjoy their independence and direct their own care and mobility needs. However, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. We also have our own staff for continuity and consistency of care and services. We provide funded and private pay supports to those in need.

We have been in business over 40 years and our services evolved with changes in Supportive living, staff mix and education. Personal Care staff are certified, and led by professional nurses. The Assisted Living program is funded by Fraser Health
