About Us
APS is a medical billing company that specializes in mental health, chiropractic, physical therapy, and medical practice billing. We have been in business since 1999. Our main goal is to obtain payment as efficiently and quickly as possible. APS will perform the billing processes from A-Z so the provider can focus on patient care.
How We Got Started
In 1999 there were some big changes with the medical billing industry. Many doctors contacted me to help them with their billing issues. I had previously worked as a billing manager and I had made many contacts over time. With that type of demand I started APS and we have been working with providers ever since.

There are a lot of medical billing companies out there and standing out is difficult. Over the past few years, several billing companies "popped up" and many of them are offshore. Countries like India, Pakistan, etc can and are underbidding US businesses. So marketing in a world already full of marketing does not yield much new business. The return is minimal for the costs. Client referrals have been a consistent way to obtain new business for me. I have been in business for 20 years this week!
I will support small businesses in my community.
