In my niche web design it's about simplicity. I see my competitors offer every peripheral in the world under just designing a website. It speaks to being desperate. Plus all those extra elements sound like its more costly. Also, they might put things in the details of a product that lay men don't understand. I get people who are not tech savvy and want a converting site.

That’s such a good point, Darren, simplicity can be such a strong differentiator, especially when so many competitors try to win by piling on features. It sounds like you’ve really honed in on what your clients actually care about — clarity and results, not complexity.

I’m curious, do you find that positioning around simplicity attracts the right clients right away, or do you still have to help them understand why “less” really is more?
