Allow me to introduce Chow and Lexi, or otherwise known as Tyler and Alexius.
Tyler is a born and raised Idahoan. Growing up Tyler was always an entrepreneur, and was always chasing the hustle. He graduated from Vallivue High School in 2018. While in school Tyler gained his infamous nickname CHOW, which continues to be his nickname to this day and the inspiration for the name of our business. During high school Tyler spent a few years working on a ranch in Caldwell operating tractors and fixing farm equipment. He then attended College of Western Idaho where he received his associate’s degree in Applied Science with certifications in Heavy Duty Diesel. While going to college Tyler also worked at the Freightliner Dealership Truck Shop in Nampa. He then made the move to a privately owned truck shop in Caldwell. After spending 5+ years in the industry working and learning he decided to take the next step and start his own shop.
While Tyler is the muscles of the business that turns wrenches, Lexi works behind the scenes managing the books of the business. Lexi is also a born and raised Idahoan. She graduated from Declo High School in 2019. She furthered her education at Boise State University and received her bachelor degree in Business Administration-Human Resource Management in 2023. While Lexi might not know how to fix the trucks she has spent much time in the passenger seat of her dad’s semi truck. She has watched her parents and grandparents own and operate their trucking companies her whole life and has a love for the industry.
Together Chow and Lexi are the team that brings you Chow Daddy Diesel. Chow and Lexi love a good adventure and we are so excited for this new adventure we are on in building this business. Thank you to everyone who has supported us through this adventure!
