How We Got Started

Christy DeVinaspre is an Assoc. Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Silverhawk Realty, serving the counties of Ada, Canyon, Owyhee, Payette, Gem and Elmore since 2007. With over $60 million in career sales and recognition as a Top 3 agent for residential units in Idaho (Q2 2025), she combines deep local expertise with a “family-style” approach. Christy is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designee, as well as the 2021 Caldwell Board of Realtors® President and Realtor® of the Year. Her specialties include first time buyers, new construction, military, residential resale and rural properties. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, outdoors, her family and husband and those spoiled pets.
