BIOGRAPHY OF DAVID KERRICK
PERSONAL BACKGROUND: David Kerrick has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1980. He lives in Caldwell, Idaho, USA a few blocks from where he was born in 1951.
EDUCATION: Caldwell High School (1969); The College of Idaho; The University of Washington, B.A. (1972); The University of Idaho, J.D. (December 1979).
LAW PRACTICE: Kerrick is admitted to practice before the Idaho Supreme Court, The U.S. District Court for Idaho, The U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Though he has a broad background in the general practice of law, Kerrick is currently only accepting new clients in the areas of wills, estates, and trusts.
LEGISLATIVE EXPERIENCE: Idaho State Senate (1990-1996); Majority Caucus Chairman (1992-1994); Majority Leader (1994-1996); Standing Committee membership - Judiciary and Rules (3 terms), State Affairs (2 terms), Commerce and Human Resources (2 terms), Education (1 term).
