My dad Blaise was a district manager for a large manufacturing company and therefore traveled extensively. Blaise never ever had trouble finding a great dinner or lunch but he was always challenge to find a good breakfast. One weekend, he discovered 1886 Buffalo Café right in Calgary. He fell in love with the fabulous breakfast, friendly service and the heritage ambience so much so that within 6 months of his first visit, he bought 50% of the company and eventually he became sole owner
