About Us

Self leadership and leadership of others takes time, focus and intention. Instead of reading another book, we invite you to partner with us to learn pragmatic and proven ways to enhance your leadership.

How We Got Started

We noticed that people had ideas and theories about how to lead yet struggled with how to actually lead, day to day. The concepts and theories didn't translate into their day to day leadership. We wanted to change that. To give everyone the opportunity to learn the human side of leadership - in a way that is pragmatic and logical, in a way that makes sense right away - without having to refer back to a theory or book. With us, you'll develop the body of a leader - a leader who is able to make decisions, inspire, lead, innovate, draw on courage, learn generative conflict, and so much more.
