Hi everyone, perhaps you can give me some basic guidance on this dropshipping stuff. In fact, I am not really sure drop shipping is what I am after.
My company guides SME's into NE/SE Asian markets. My plan is to use a number of social media influencers and testers to introduce clients' products into niche markets. To reduce an SME's shipping costs my idea is to ship a small number of the product to an Asia-based local person. They will then forward the product to the local influencers and/or to customers using local couriers. Is this a form of dropshipping? Has anyone done something similar to this? At this point, I am not targeting China. There are oodles of other markets much easier to work in than the PRC. Any insights would be appreciated.
