I find that people are far to busy or aren't concerned about it or are not really aware, if they did they would consider looking at it differently to get a different outcome. We find this issue very popular in our business. Customers know or are told what is acceptable and what should not be put down the drains or you will have problems. The most popular is the use of baby wipes or papertowels. Absolute NO NO unless you enjoy spending money to have their drains unclogged.

Both David and Michelle are correct. Its like a referral. if someone likes you, they will refer you to others, its like that for Google reviews, when a customer sees a good review, they are feel confident about using your company. most of our clients went with us because of our reviews also. Hi Tyler, We have Facebook, and we also send out introductory letters explaining our services and with a first time discount to companys. I have a data base of companies divided into catagories, Daycares, Walmarts, Gas stations, restaurants, etc. Its Like a flyer every month but not all...
