Professional platonic cuddling with a certified Cuddlist® is a relatively new trust based protocol where client and practitioner create a consensual session, during which active communication and personal boundaries are modeled and practiced.

All sessions offer the many benefits of platonic consensual touch and cuddling, but are particularly effective for those who may be touch adverse, or ar suffering from skin hunger. The sessions are client driven meaning there may not be touch at all. We simply provide a safe container to explore the client needs, meeting them exactly where they are, in that moment, with full acceptance, compassion, curiosity, and empathy.

Based on many of the principles of Cuddle Party®, yes means yes, if you are a maybe say no, no is a complete sentence, and you are encouraged to change your mind. If the client or practitioner are uncomfortable physically or emotionally for any reason, they agree to state that in a clear manner and adjustments are made to assure a smooth and relaxing time away from our often stressful world.
