We're an income tax firm with an existing clientele database.  I've had referrals given to us based on existing customers.  Word of mouth travels fast.  We are receiving more faxes and emails vs in-person preparation for our existing customers.  Newer ones we set an appt as needed. We also are affiliated with AFLAC and in light of what's going on, policyholders and employers are taking a second look at what the Supplemental products can add to either their employees' or on an individual basis.
