He was horrified when another competitor opened up on his right, and announced its arrival with an even larger sign, reading 'LOWEST COMMISSIONS.'... He was horrified when another competitor opened up on his right, and announced its arrival with an even larger sign, reading 'LOWEST COMMISSIONS.' The broker panicked, until he got an idea. He put the biggest sign of all over his own real estate office. It read: 'MAIN ENTRANCE'

I actually began in home interiors but found myself so drawn to the houses themselves, that I got my Real Estate license. I love the search with my buyers and the marketing with sellers. I even love the negotiation and contract process. It is great to build relationships with other Agents and... We have so many great people in this industry and we all depend on each other to help people achieve their dream of home ownership.
Does your community have holiday strolls and if so, do they help your business traffic?

We are very fortunate to be located in the heart of "Old Town" Camarillo where there are many Holiday events, as well as a weekly Farmers Market and a huge 3 day Fiesta and Carnival right across the street.
