Lavender is one of the most versatile essential oils. It is widely used to promote feelings of calmness and peace and to create a serene environment for relaxation.
Ylang Ylang another oil also helps the release of feelings of tension.
A soothing hot bath is always calming, and raising your body heat may help regulate mood and anxiety. ... The magnesium sulfate in the salts has been shown to calm anxiety and lower blood pressure.
One I like is exercise will not only make you feel better about yourself, but will flood your body with feel-good endorphins. Some researchers even believe that increasing your body heat, a natural result of exercise, may alter neural circuits controlling cognitive function and mood, including those that affect the neurotransmitter serotonin. Researchers believe this response can boost your mood, increase relaxation, and alleviate symptoms of anxiety disorders.
Chamomile Tea Chamomile contains two chemicals that promote relaxation: apigenin and luteolin. Hopefully this help you now or in the future. Have a great day.

First it's important not to get defensive and you never want to bad mouth competition. That may be all the person can afford and you could make them feel bad. My first step is to show them the value that they are going to get with my services. Also i'm going to show them how they will ultimately save time and money with me in the long run. Timing is everything if they see value in what you said they will become your customer maybe not today but in the future. I think this is true because you have respected there view that competitor is cheaper and not bashed them and provided useful information. No matter what always followup keep that relationship and eventually if not now you will find the perfect timing. If not they may remember how you treated them and refer others to you and you still end up winning. Just my opinion.

When it comes to social media you want to think about who you can help. Never think who i can get because people can sense you just wanted to sell them something. I think social media is a good place get to know people build relationships and then if you see a need you have a lead. Some will post a lot of ads but then you may get lumped with some of those other companies just trying to get your money. Try posting meaningful content but you can still post everyday things. Also try joining different groups for instance on FB that you truly have interest in then you can talk about what you like and contribute. Then that will start conversations build relationships and if you make a connection private message that person on how you may be able to help with there need. If they are open to what you have to share great and if not they may know someone who can benefit. I think face to face and phone calls are the best even though it is hard to pick up that phone sometimes. Just my opinion and what I have found works. Hopefully this helps you. Feel free to contact if I can help more. Have a good one.
