My fascination with human movement lead to eight years of university education in exercise science. Training in adult education followed, then over 30 years creating meaningful learning experiences across North America, and on 3 other continents.
During this journey, I have worked with many wonderful people, and learned a great deal about health and healing. My invention, the Wave Rider (https://www.fortheloveoffit.com/wave-rider), is my contribution to enjoyable vertical aquatic exercise.
As a breast cancer survivor, my book, Prescription Laughter (https://www.fortheloveoffit.com/prescription-la...), helps recently diagnosed people navigate the choppy seas of diagnosis and treatment.
