Hi Mark, My focus is also commercial lines insurance and I would have to say that even though we have a FB page. We post on FB. It is really not the best way to obtain commercial clients because commercial insurance clients don't seek out FB for commercial insurance. LinkedIn and Twitter would be where I would focus and we do focus.

I agree with Jessica. LinkedIn and Twitter are better for B2B situations. For me, Facebook has worked better in B2C environments.
