Marketing doesn't really cause me fear anymore, it just causes drain. Drain in finances, drain in energy, drain in confidence, drain in family time, drain in free time. I find networking absolutely a necessary evil. It's like eating all your vegetables.

I invite you to consider shifting your thinking about it. Are you willing to consider reframing it from a “necessary evil” to something that feels a bit more palatable? If so, what might be a neutral, if not positive, way of perceiving it so it might even start to feel like something other than a drain? 💓

Not really. I used to fear it/have anxiety. Now it's just something I have to do to keep the ball rolling.
