My personal motto is “meet people where they are”. One ingredient which is unique to my skillset which supports this is having the ability to communicate effectively with clients no matter where they are in the process of their business journey. Especially important is understanding a client’s comfort level with the various methods of communication in this digital age and honoring their preferred method to communicate while working together. It makes a difference!
