UX Gaps was created by Laura, a UX strategist and designer with over six years of experience working with small businesses and first-time founders.
Through years of freelance client work, Laura built a deep understanding of what makes digital experiences work — and what holds businesses back. She began mentoring aspiring UX designers and after working with more than 200 designers, noticed a consistent gap — unclear expectations, missing context, and a disconnect between training and real-world practice.
