How We Got Started

I have been a nurse for over 25 years and have seen and experienced many things in our healthcare system. There are gaps in providing adequate patient care and keeping a medical practice thriving. From long wait times in the lobby and insufficient payments to greeting everyone that walks through the door with a smile, I create a customized plan based on the information collected during my assessment.
My mission is to utilize my years of experience with customers and provide a thorough assessment of these gaps and provide the best solution to fill them.

Patient safety and advocacy are very important to me. I would speak on prescription medication safety and why speaking to your doctor about certain tests are important. I use video in my social media but never more than 2 minutes. The key is to share your message and your "ask" within a short period but pique your potential customer's curiosity. Always keep in mind that they are your customer and smile. Stay calm and nice at all times no matter how rude they can get. If it gets to a point where they are becoming disrespectful to you then remind them you are trying to work with them to resolve any issues that are upsetting them.  You... There are multiple platforms to choose from. Alignable is a great one ;)  You can create ads and post here to share with others and share on Twitter and IG. Creating a business page on IG is helpful and you can show your customers what you offer plus your followers can share with others. Don't... (more) There are multiple platforms to choose from. Creating a business page on IG is helpful and you can show your customers what you offer plus your followers can share with others. Don't want to use social media? I also go back to the old fashioned way of things and mail cards and postcards that I personally create and do drip campaigns. It's not always about business it's about keeping your name in the front of their minds at all times so consider sending thank you's or happy birthday's. People will think what a nice gesture and you didn't ask for business but when the time comes you are the first to come up. Keep in mind using multiple forms of marketing is what will spread the word faster. In this day and age, you cannot just do one form of marketing.

I don't know any instructors on Alignable but I do know an instructor that does mobile CPR courses from individuals to corporations.
