Many of the questions aren’t applicable for my businesses bc on one side, I am an online sales rep, which isn’t affected. If anything, due to the product line, sales should increase, however, that doesn’t affect me one way or the other as I am not the business owner. But, I am now a consultant/Specialist for helping families with children with special needs. I am only able to help via Telehealth & many parents aren’t open to or able to participate, so my caseload is down to one family. While it’s better than none, I worry for those children who aren’t receiving services. It’s a very stressful time for families, esp. those with special needs children who thrive on regular schedules.Â

When IÂ first started one of my online businesses, I had put out some local flyers and received an opportunity from someone who lived locally who liked to give opps to people with businesses like mine once a year at her home during the holidays. As it turned out, we were acquainted with some of the same people and have stayed connected ever since. We even have continued doing business with one another and have had referrals through one another as well being that we're both connected to other businesses.

In those cases, word of mouth and whatever direct method they prefer, such as email or texts and mailings. I also ask local businesses if I can leave cards or flyers, which helps too, especially if the businesses are related but not in competition with one another.
