We don’t have employees but if we did, it would be a goal to offer healthcare because health is an important factor for life. This is my personal statement, You can have all the money in the world but without good health all else is worthless. In my opinion after 30 yrs of working in the healthcare field: health insurance should be something for everyone so people can take care of their health and not worry about treatment should problems arises.

All of my employees are independent contractors, so I am not currently offering employee health insurance. However, I agree, good health, healthy employees and the ties that a good health plan offers are great indicators of how well a company values it's employees.

Your own words convict your position.... it doesn’t work like that, no matter what YOU decide to call it.
I’d suggest you consult your attorney QUICKLY as you will be paying back taxes DUE when you try to use that incorrect explanation.
If you DIRECT the schedule and /or conduct & activities of your “EMPLOYEES”, guess what?
They’re YOUR employees, and you’re liable for their ‘ACTS’ as well as their payroll taxes, bad acts, and Worker’s Compensation/ injuries or auto accidents in THEIR pursuit of YOUR employment......
