We don’t have employees but if we did, it would be a goal to offer healthcare because health is an important factor for life. This is my personal statement, You can have all the money in the world but without good health all else is worthless. In my opinion after 30 yrs of working in the healthcare field:  health insurance should be something for everyone so people can take care of their health and not worry about  treatment should problems arises.

All of my employees are independent contractors, so I am not currently offering employee health insurance. However, I agree, good health, healthy employees and the ties that a good health plan offers are great indicators of how well a company values it's employees.
Agree with Libby's take on this... and besides as an employer it's tax deductible :) ...

I couldn't agree more. When we have our basic needs taken care of, we can have all of our energy better focused to help us create, and grow!
