How We Got Started
An investor group started formulating the concept of a well warranty in a service business not well known for prompt response at times of well failures. They also knew families that had paid $45,000 - $55,000 to have their water restored, so THE solution - WelGard® Protection was formulated.

Remember, things that don't bend will in the end, break! Take on a partner for the long term, and have them work in and build the business. Arguable, you have not owned a business, but have conducted business in your own name. And I know that is hard. Consider the benefits of having a long term partner - while initially you may earn less by splitting some of the profits, the "business" can operate (i.e., business can be conducted and customers be satisfied/retained) without you, and ultimately with less of you, however you see fit. But with support, additional growth is possible, and will likely support you both to a larger extent. Most beneficial would be partnering with someone who can fulfill customers, but is not as skilled or interested in marketing and sales. I think this would enable you to return at a level that would be more beneficial to your health, and more truly establish a business - something of value that could be sold. A business that cannot operate without its owner is virtually unsalable. Good luck and take care of yourself!!
Briefly, I would focus more on my goals (and setting meaningful goals) and less on my To Do List. Don't get caught up in the critical items and forget the truly and profoundly important things....

But if only given one item as a response, I say that the "Bottom Line is the Bottom Line". So I would look first to determine the profitability of the business over whatever period is included in the P&L presented.
