Succinctly explaining your why and differentiating yourself while having to use standardized company marketing schemes. This can be overcome by being true and understanding each clients’ most important goals so they start marketing you.

Break the expenses into like categories and take the average of the expenses over the 9 month period to date. Use that as a planning factor, but keep at least 1-2 months of total expenses on hand (emergency) for one of those months that are one or two standard devs away from the norm!
